People who make out in public makes me upset and feel funny, I really feel uncomfy with it.
Thanks for this!

I don't have anything more to share either except maybe not holding the door and letting it slam on the next person...

and maybe being an invisable older lady to some....

Without getting too graphic -- what you wrote -- and worse all over a public toilet seat and being too inconsiderate to clean up the mess. And spitting on the sidewalk. Spitting globs of spit and spitting chewing gum. On the sidewalk where people must walk. Going to public events like concerts and movies and coughing loudly throughout the entire performance. Knowing that everytime they enter an air conditioned building they'll sneeze over and over -- and not carrying a handkerchief or bothering to cover their nose and mouth in any way. Sneezing and coughing in people's faces. Tuberculosis is on the rise. And decent manners and healthful habits are on the decline. I don't want some dread disease because of that convergence.

Thanks to everyone who responded with very valid complaints. For years most of us were taught to cover our mouths when we sneeze of cough. The last 5 yrs the grade schools have been teaching the kids to do the 'Vampire Sneeze' which is coughing /sneezing in the bend of your elbow.

So my grievance is, service people who sneeze in their hands and then touch everything.

In relation to lynn's post - I hate it when I say "bless you" to someone who just sneezed and they don't even acknowledge it. I say "thank you" every time someone says "bless you" when I sneeze. And it also bugs me when I sneeze and NOBODY says "bless you". I have heard the argument about it sounding too religious or whatever - bull honkey! I haven't been to church in years and am not religious at all but it's still polite!

I guess that's it - politeness in general. Seems like people are so oblivious and not self-aware. So I play chicken with them lol Like if someone is just walking, not paying attention to where they are going and they're walking right towards me - I just run into them lol

And in response to whoever posted about people letting the door slam in your face - any time someone does that and my bf is around he opens the door and basically yells "thanks for holding that door for me! really appreciate it!" lol We're such a passive aggressive couple haha
Thanks for this!

People who let their dogs run off-leash near busy streets.

When people don't pick up their dogs' poo in public spaces.

When people don't teach their kids how to safely greet a strange dog.

When I'm at work, on the phone at the front desk and people come into the lobby, RIGHT NEXT to my desk gabbing loudly as if I wasn't even there or trying to conduct business ON THE PHONE. Those same people bring their kids through and let them holler at the top of their lungs.

When people in the grocery store walk around as if they have blinders on, not looking out for others. I broke my ankle once a few years ago and had to use one of those motorized carts to shop - ugh! - Wow. It was really eye-opening. People just didn't seem to care at all.

Drivers who cut into the safety space I leave between me and the car in front.

Drivers who don't alternate when vehicles are merging into a single lane.

Tailgaters!! ARGGG!!

I drove into the city the other day so these are all fresh in my mind.

It drives me nuts when people park their car in their driveway but let it hang out over the sidewalk. The sidewalk is for walking, not for parking.

I second tailgaters and people who merge into my safety space.

That's where I was going with this...

I would prefer not to see girl's bra straps and boys underwear and skin.

I would also prefer not to see guys grab themselves, or girls who are with them. Get a room.

Update (lol) : The other day this teacher made a cell phone call while we were in the middle of an exam essay. I found that to be very inconsiderate.

Also: people who carelessly "smack" you with their grocerie bags/purses/school bags/elbows/notebooks, etc. when they walk past you whether they're on a rush or not. I understand it's not always on purpose, but I don't see people making an efforth to keep it from happening.

Well that makes me think of another.... But I wish people would walk to the right and not 3 abreast on the sidewalk. I've had to stop many times, and they bump into me and off the sidewalk! Never even a sorry or acknowledgement... I guess because they see you and keep on walking into you, so they aren't sorry? Nope. Just rude.

Wow didn't realize I had this many ...

I wish people would wait until people get off the elevator before pushing to get on it! Did they never study Newton's law?

I hate it when people bathe in their cologne or perfume. Bleh! Gag!

We don't need to smell you coming down the hall! No one should be able to smell you unless they hug you.

lol! I know! And sometimes, when they carry their cologne/perfume with them, they keep re-applying it anyway! I feel like they're taking away my oxygen. lol.

Double parking at a stop light in a residential area right outside an elementary school....cars backed up for 2 blocks, kids darting between cars because their way is blocked, sitting through 3 green lights and being late to appointment because of it. What on earth were they thinking? Park in a parking space and WALK!

People who dress inappropriately out in public.

People who park in the no parking places between the handicap parkings at the store.

People who wait from not paying attention or talking on a cell phone to go when the light turns green and then you cannot make the light. Not sure if they do not like that shade of green or not but there is time for more than a couiple of cars to get through the light if they would just turn already.

Parents who allow their children to scream through the store instead of taking them out to the car. I had to do that plenty of times and just go back later without the children.

People who stand in the isles in the store and walk away from their carts to get something leaving no where for anyone else to move on past them.

People who park their cars in more than one space leaving no parking left because they parked over the line and in their parking space too.

When you are waiting to turn into a parking space and someone turns coming down on the opposite side and takes the parking space after you have been waiting to turn into it.
