OK, sounds silly but yes I have PM'd myself and had quite an interesting conversation. Mind you the notification is a little annoying because you think, yes I know already!!

yes, i've done this before on a different site, i was logged into two different accounts on separate browsers and had a great time...

that was a long time ago, though. i don't think i'd like what i'd say to myself now, haha.

No, but I've posted a visitor message to myself. I sure felt like an idiot. It's easy to do tho. I'm glad someone else has done stuff like this. I thought I was the only one, but I should know better. I'm not "unique." LOL

I used to send myself postcards! I wanted to get in the habit of walking so bought a zillion interesting post cards and wrote one a day, walking the 1/2 mile down to the post office (and 1/2 mile back) to drop them in the letter box each day and then receive them the next. I usually found interesting quotations I liked and copied them to send myself.

I have on a few occasions when I sent PMs to others that I wanted to remember. I'd send it to myself or copy/paste it to myself after the fact.

You're right Peg! I did that when I fist came on here. I thought I was "friends" with myself. I'm wrong! I wish I had checked first...I'm a little embarrassed
