My favourite quote is actually a lyric from a Bigwig song,

"I'd rather be happy and poor, than have it all and still want more".

Try not to let your mind wander, it's too small and fragile to be out by itself. ----bumper sticker

My favorite life statement that I try to live by is the Desiderata, it is too long to put in all it's form here but it starts;
Go placidly amidst the noise & haste and remember what peace there may be in silence....

.....Strive to be happy.

So fascinating I have full notebooks of them written down, not only from celebrities, from my family, from strangers on the bus talking in the phone, from my teachers and from people on the internet.

I quote things I like, simple as that!

Some of my favourites:

"You can't reason yourself back into cheerfulness any more than you can reason yourself into an extra six inches in height."
- Stephen Fry

"Education is an admirable thing, but it is well to remember from time to time that nothing that is worth knowing can be taught."
- Oscar Wilde

"It may have been in pieces, but I gave you the best of me."
- Jim Morrison

"Time you enjoyed wasting, was not wasted."
- John Lennon

"I don't bother to care about your opinion furthermore as I found myself rather being alone, than being with a untrue friend."
- Unknown, intelligent soul on the bus, arguing on the phone.
