Checking in ( How do you feel today)?

Feeling sad, anxious, alone. Husband travelling as usual. I just want to jump in his pocket and hide.

I feel exactly the same as you. My fiance is traveling also, wont get back until tomorrow night. I really get into deeper depression and anxiety when he is not here.

I have scatterbrain.

Anxious, trying hard and out of place...

Mildly sunburned and tired...

not bad...i feel the weight tho...it's usually not far away...still, i'm thankful for not bad.

I feel okay. Tired, but okay.

i did it sort of--- I escalated in a simi way the problems at work.... It is the company manger that deals with the contractors, I sort of skipped the step of my contractor manager and I did note it to the company manager and the reason of why- due to I had something worse in 2008 and it was brushed off....

I simi feel relief; I simi feel sick, I simi feel like.... really tense

The fear is that the same will happen as it did in 2008 which right now I don't think I will be able to put up with the living hell that the woman puts one through when she does in such cases.....

But it needs to be said-- She Makes Up Problems- Does Not Address the real issues and she hounds on people and personally attacks them (no i am not over reacting, or being too emotional-- when you get the other crew members saying the same thing it is not just me complaining due to I have not adjusted)....

It is relief for I have stood up a little, and perhaps, will be knocked down again or maybe someone will slightly stand beside me with this. Not sure.. will have to see

pfft.. three hours later seeing that i shouldn't had mentioned it, now other coworkers are being harassed, its a good thing we know each other due to this would cause a real hositle work environment, she blamed me for her harassing the other cowoker

Rainy day out and I have a migraine. Doc's appt this afternoon and waiting on a paycheck so I can buy some staples. Feel icky.

Not great. Hoping I don't lose my girlfriend... She's all I have left...

A little gross, like I want a bath pronto. Relieved, comforted and okay today.

Like more of a burden than ever...

Defeated. Hopefully, I will feel better as the day progresses.

So lonely that I have so much pain that I think my heart will break in two. Literally................

I still feel puny from last week and I have anxiety today. It is only 6:30 in the morning.

Trying hard, the fact I want to fit in with everyone so I don't look like a loser...
