It is not easy to be kind to myself or not to automatically blame myself for any situations I find my self in, Thank you also for the reminder to be gentle and kind with by self. That kind of validation means so much more when it comes from someone else and not my T.

Thank you too for reminding me I'm safe now. It's funny how fear consumes rational thoughts. You have helped more than you can Know.

sick miserable and worthless

I'm feeling ok today. Had Pee Wee football practice for Andrew my 11 yr old semi adopted kid. Have to go buy cleats tomorrow but he has got his helmet and pads. I'm very proud of him, and in return it makes me feel ok too!

Annoyed with husband. He gets a bee in his bonnet, and just won't listen.

Grrrrrrr, this makes for bad nights.

I feel far away from everything today. disconnected.

Neutral, today. Expecting it to subside later, just got to keep myself busy.

i was feeling a-ok earlier.. I was happy at home

Then I came to work-- she/supervisor is on a power trip again.. she is complaining about things that either are logged down from two weeks ago and continued a week ago, and she is ruining what supplies we have for our use due to miss informing us on how to clean it to use it... omg.. omg..

On a bright side- wish me luck- I never play the lotto that much but I am going to get a lotto ticket when I get off of work today--- I know it is a dream-- but hey-- gotta try at least a few times when feeling lucky--- I know gambling is dangerous - My dad used to gamble a lot-- he lost a lot of money even though we did not have much but I am sure over the decades he lost that could had been used for us kids' schooling and foundation and all-- meh whatever-- I only gamble once in a blue moon..

Feeling mentally clouded a little but I think that is the medication. Otherwise....okay.

Today I am feeling a little confused. I am still trying to figure out how this website works.

Feeling really down

I feel/felt the same today. I had a hard time to push myself to do things. Hoping I do a little exercising later.

I'm still feeling sick. I was feeling pretty bad after working a couple hours and I went home and slept until after 3 PM. I think I feel a bit better tonight, tired though.

I'm feeling hopeful.

complaints about a filter that needs to be replaced but yet just wash it....

I am also angry with everyone saying- just get a new job-- yeah it is just that easy- *snaps fingers* new job! *sparkles come about*...... I also angry that basically it is like "just leave-- don't fight back".. of course, I do understand that a little due to I have 'fought back' and still got knocked down.... there needs to be a change, a bigger change than me--

In this economy it is not so easy, is it beauflow. The way the economy is here where I am, you take what you can get and you hold on to it until something better comes along. If you don't like th ejob...tough...you take it until something else comes. I feel your pain hun. Lots of hugs to you

woke with a better mood this morning. don't know why. didn't get as much sleep as the night before and need sleep med to get to sleep last night. still waiting for appts to be phoned in to me. nothing yet for Pdoc.

I am off work for 48 hours now and just had a nap. Feeling better.

I think I'm feeling some better today. I had enough energy to do a little housework and laundry after work. Still behind though.
