Checking in ( How do you feel today)?

As much as I like to think that I can relax on the weekends because I am not working, I feel such stress Monday through Friday that it often carries over through the weekend. That is what is happening today.

Alienated and alienating...but it's a kick-arse day weatherwise and I'm going to go do 'er up good. It's solo as usual but y'know wot? Oh yeah...I already mentioned it...She'sa damn fine day out there!!! I'm going to enjoy it for that if naught else. I'm lucky today. Sometimes it can be tough to do that.

Mom is very mixed up and making me a little nuts. She caught my cold and I'm sure that's a factor. She wanted the doctor in the middle of the night. I found out the urgent care would open at 8AM. This morning she got into the car, I drove her to town and then she refused to go to urgent care. I was able to get her in at her GP Monday afternoon. I'm a little puzzled why she got into the car in the first place. We stopped and picked up some vicks vaporub and tylenol on the way home.

I suppose now I'm a horrible daughter for saying anything about it.

I am feeling kind of stupid. Now, that does not mean that I THINK I am stupid...I just FEEL stupid. No particular reason....I just have that feeling for some reason.

I feel relieved and glad that my friend is back from her roadtrip, safe.

Got rides to my pain doc appointments--thanks to the short hospitalization, an there messing with my pain meds, I have gone though a physical withdrawal and then when going back to my meds I've experiences of being too tired nausia and other things. SO I have to see the pain doc next week again.

Grateful for the rides.

Even the one I had to first go to church before stopping off at the grocery store to get cat food. It was a different type of church that I'm been to before. Mostly all singing. Now thats cool. Much better that screaming against one group or another I see on TV. Very peaceful everyone was very nice and not once did politics come up.

I am feeling productive. Got my laundry done, cooking pork shoulder, baking biscuits, and got my kitchen cleaned up. Might even tackle my bathroom.

Summersa waning. Nice day tho! Again! Have some work to do outside and wanting to get at it. That's a good sign...mind not rebelling today. Bike ride later. Maybe later this aft buzz upto stinky ol' Lake Huron and watch the sun set. Haven't had a chance to do that so far this summer. I'm not dwelling inside my skull today so to speak. Those days are good. Guarded and impermanent but good. I'll take it.

I feel somewhat victorious. I accomplished various chores and can rest the evening away with no guilt.

ok i guess.... had a bad down though idk why, but the day is still early right. will continue to try to make crochet skull lol

Not horrible...i have laundry to do but other than that...

I do not feel motivated or moved to do anything in particular. And the last thing I want to do is get in the car...I am afraid, still, to take walks alone. Irrational but true, sad to admit

Feeling really awful, I text my T hopefully she will help in some way, This T thing is all new to me.

I've been there, still am in a lot of ways. Doesn't matter if it's irrational, it's how you feel, and that's legitimate.

Today I'm ok. I slept a lot (which is good, since I have Sleep Apnea and apparently have missed months of productive sleep). I have so much cleaning to do inside my house, but it's overwhelming because I have no clue where to start (our stove's been broken awhile so we eat a lot of take out--not junk food per se, just stuff that's "out", hence lots of bags/boxes), my boyfriend buys stuff ALL the time off Ebay and other sites, so if I do clean everything well, it's like that for maybe a day and a half. Which is overwhelming for me, cause I'm retaining so much water I get winded (pathetic but truth) and I live where it's humid and I have a heat-related health thing, so I have to be careful how much I get out in it to haul in trash cans, throw stuff out, etc. I was really hoping I would make a huge dent in it all this weekend. But as my period nears, sluggishness and "let's lay in bed!" looms over me.

I feel blah today. After our breakup my ex doesn't seem to be bothered one bit and is acting like a complete jerk to me. I live with him so it is hard to get away.

Sorry Skully! That really stinks! I hope you can get a different roommate soon!

I want to be getting stuff done, but I don't seem to be able to do it. I did get some basic chores done, but I have some much more to do and I'm running out of time. Really hating the way I look today. I never used to.

Maybe he's just "acting" not bothered....you know how guys and their egos are (no offense to any men on here). Acting like a jerk almost sounds like he's upset (why else would he act that way?).

blah. tired. trying to get some energy going. lost some energy putting on a public face having to go shopping today.
