Name one good thing about your day so far #2

After searching and searching and searching....I FOUND AN ONLINE INTRO COURSE ON MIDDLE EASTERN AND NORTH AFRICAN SOCIETY!!!! Yay! For a while I could only find full time study programs ond not just a course. Everything was a full time enrolment requirement. This online course is just that...a course. No prerequisites (even though I have a related degree) and no requirements to be in a program. Yay!!

I got through the week without crying spells.

went outside and did some shopping. talked to a contact over the phone. talked to service reps over the phone. did some laundry. did not feel depressed, but aloof.

I slept 6.5 hours today straight-- this is i think the first time for the week-- but I don't have to go to work tonight... my cat, when I awoke and came out, just wanted lovings and was sitting all cute with me -- I still feel not 100% but I am trying to detour the thoughts that everyone is mad at me-- no one is mad at me... what is there to be mad about?

It's the weekend and I survived two weeks now of the practicum while meeting my quota yesterday for the class. I am relieved to have a break and only have one week left.

Well, after my girlfriend and I broke up for good last night, I didn't really have anywhere to go to sleep, but something told me to go up to my work. I did, and the kid that was working midnights let me crash in his car. So that was good. Waiting for transportation to my doctor's appointment now.

did a little bit of journalling and helped me be a bit motivated not to stay in bed more than necessary, but not enough to go out shopping when I wanted to.

i tried crocheting again.. i did not make the hat i have been wanting to make BUT i did get more practice I use a knitting board to make a lot of the things that I make-- but I don't "get" crocheting or true knitting (like the 2 sticks) stuff-- but I am trying-- and even though IDK what the heck I made-- it was good practice, and it looks nice, and it is a step further than where I was earlier

Went grocery shoppin with both my bp teens, and they actually came along and wanted to help and didn't get in a fight.Wow.

I'm HOME from debate camp!

Working with my new computer without borrowing my sister's laptops.

I accomplished my baking (biscuits and bread), and got the kitchen tidied.

My girlfriend and I had a good day, despite a stressful baby shower we had to plan and cook for. Usually that leads to huge arguments, but today went surprisingly well. I also got to meet her cousin who gets me modeling gigs. I've been waiting a long time to meet her. (And she is really wicked hott!)

I got to know myself better today!

Finally, the new kitchen sink has water!

Coffee on the terasse with my mother - first since last summer.

The welcome mat has not been surly.

despite all of the troubles at work...we all survived the shift with smiles.

I got my California licensure so I can go down and see my daughter and grandkids and work at the same time.

The weather is beautiful.
