Noodles with chicken that had baked in a soy sauce/cheese sauce then that poured in with the noodles too-- I just made something up but it is good probably not the best thing to eat due to the noodles but still Better than noda or goldfish crackers which is what I had for dinner Sunday :P

Tuna pasta tonight. Tuna cooked with mushrooms, peppers, cherry tomatoes and onions. (Don't forget the garlic) Mixed in with linguine and voila - a quick healthy meal.

I made myself 2 quarter pound cheeseburgers with ketchup sweet pickles and lettuce and I made myself some iced tea. I haven't had any in years and I want some! I think I may finish off with homemade baked beans and homemade potato salad and homemade ice cream maybe with chocolate pudding. I may not stop there, we'll see. My stomach hurts but I'm thinking about mcdonalds.

Yum! This entire thread is making my stomach rumble.

I made homemade meals two nights in a row, but tonight's an easy night: spinach and goat cheese pizza from Target. Mmmmm!

Thursday night will be even better, because I'm taking the kids to the state fair! I love fair food, in all its fried, unhealthy splendor.

Where in the world do you find the time and energy to prepare such incredible meals, my friends?! Do you have a passion for cooking? My mind wanders to thoughts of my dream kitchen, where cooking is a joy!
