Bacon is yummy! I love to cook meals adding bacon as an extra. Bacon rules!

My sons found a website that shows how to use bacon strips as the outside of a sandwich. By weaving the bacon strips together, they form a bacon sheet that is then wrapped around the sandwich centre.

Oh yes, I see Bacon as its own food group.
I love (and got my kids hooked on it too) Bacon, egg and cheese on a toasted English Muffin. Yummmmmmmmm!

My husband's favorite is my bacon wrapped meatloaf. Nobody better touch the end pieces!

Check this out: The Bacon Explosion
http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/

My husband is dying to try it, but it says you should use a smoker, and I don't have one. Don't even have a regular grill right now. So I haven't tried it yet. It does look good though.

I don’t like bacon . I won’t touch that kind of food, and I don’t think I’ve had bacon in over 10 years.
Thanks for this!

You you mean pork, or meat in general?

I mean anything that was submerged in grease and looks dirty . I won’t even eat French fries all the time.

I don’t eat much meat and I would like to become a vegan in the future (financial and life circumstances obstructing that right now).

But I can be picky about what I eat - I don’t eat chocolate, I don’t consume alcoholic drinks, I don’t eat cake nor candy, I don’t drink beverages like Coca Cola and Pepsi, I don’t drink bottled water, I don’t drink coffee, I don’t eat peanut butter, I don’t eat potato chips, lots of things .

…and I’ve NEVER had a cavity .

I always hated candy, sweets, chocolate, and food like that as a child.

Aren’t I weird? .
Thanks for this!

Happy you love bacon and I admit it tastes good. After my mother passed from several strokes from clogged arteries, I began to see food in a different way. I buy turkey bacon occasionally - sure its not exactly like the real thing but not bad. Only buy it once in a while to avoid too many nitrates. All the white on bacon is pure fat or ribbons of fat. Didn't want to go down the same road as my mom. Sorry to rain on the bacon party and please continue.

No no no, I would weigh at LEAST 800 pounds. The smell of food makes me very hungry. I'd have to stay away from those.
