I don't think I have a relaxation activity, b/c I already am pretty confined to issues with my body that limit what I do physically. But on good days, I like to take pictures of nature, coloring with my grand daughter, taking walks with my grand daughter-she thinks I know everything about flowers and plants so we go on our "adventures" and learn about nature things! She holds me to a high standard! Reading, if it can capture my attention. Probably my biggest relaxation is watching General Hospital! That doesn't take alot of effort! I liked reading the other posts, to give me other ideas!

Sleep, lay down or watch some old comedy movies to tickle my bone.

I listen to music (differs depending on my mood), play my guitar, and go for walks. I love walking in thunderstorms.

I like going for walks, listening to music. Sometimes being with friends or watching TV shows helps me relax also...
