I think expectations and goals is part of the reason I feel so bad all the time and fail. I have this idea in my head as to how things should go, feel, look, etc.

Yeah, that's the problem sometimes. Expectations and reality are hardly ever equal. Perhaps we could imagine reality, and expect it? Perhaps. Hope you find what ur looking for beloved.

I try to practice not having any, but it's hard...I seem to always have them, too.
