Exhausted beyond thought, I have to get used to this new med soon. It helps and hurts all at the same time. I cant think.

As of right now I am not really sure. "I" am OK but my ex seems to be on some kind of roller coaster and I just dont even know what to say to her or how to react to some of the stuff she is saying. She seems VERY moody. I am walking on eggshells around her and quite tired of it to be honest.

I do not feel like going to therapy tomorrow. I want to be I his presence I just don't want to think or feel anything. I am blah right now and kind of numb.

Not good at all. A friend just passed due to cancer, that's just to add on top of everything else. I have held things for so long and I feel as if I am about to come apart. But just before I do, I bury it all back again and drag through another day. Just don't know what to do anymore.

I am stressed from traveling with Mom this weekend. My Uncle is seriously ill. I'm glad we didn't wait, I don't think he has much time.

pretty good actually now i have finished interviewing for a new carer/PA. have shortlisted one first choice and one second choice to come back for a trial and have a third in reserve! yippee!
