tired, have had a constant heartache for the past few days. My pup is lying on my feet so comforted a little as well. Along with a friend passing a few days ago another friend passed today. This is a furry four legged friend but she was such an enrichment is so many peoples lives, including mine.

Still crappy. More suspicious and confused today than wanting to ring someone's neck or throw something hard at the wall.
Anger will come back. I feel it lurking. I only kept it at bay for a time. I will get through this, I hope.

I am scared and feeling like a failure. I let my ex and my kid down...forgot to check about her homework and get that done. Now my ex is gonna be pissed or disappointed or whatever with me.
I feel worthless. |

I am so sick. Sinus infection, gastroenteritis, upper respiratory infection that is turning into bronchitis. Someone please take me out back and put me out of my misery!

I have been having dizzy spells for the past 2 days, Must be the patches that are helping me to quit smoking, I went to the group again earlier and explained to the leader what has been happening she seems to the think that the patches are very strong for me so has lowered them, Hopefully the lower strength will now decrease the dizziness.
Also went to see my doctor this morning about the swelling on my neck, he said if it's no better in a week then he will send me for a scan. |

I have almost made it through a day of work. After dealing two weeks now with a major blood clot and them having to cut all my phsych meds due to halucantions, which I have never had had before. I guess Im feeling pretty lucky right now.
