Sorry your bath didn't work. Can you walk.? If I walk for more than 1/2 hour I feel better. Usually 45 minute-1 hour works great and I come back feeling serene. My biggest probablem is getting out the door. The rest is easy. I need a HOT bath

Hot baths are great, Rhap, but I also agree with Froggie, if one can get out the door. Sometimes emotions are just too overwhelming and we can't motivate ourselves to get exercising, but when/if I can manage to do it, it does something to the brain, and makes me more relaxed.
Love
