They are Raphaella Coconut Truffles
 From Tamaulipas Mexico, my mother-in-law buys candy there in bulk and I saved these for a special occasion. They are soft white chocolate on the outside with crunchy coconut flakes and firm white fudge on the inside. I've made truffles before at home, but they do not come close to these. We're BBQing Ribeye on the grill, got the kids in the pool and watching Grease Lightening and Hansel & Gretel with my in-laws today. I think next year I am going to buy one of those ice-cream cakes from Dairy Queen, they are so professional looking and I bet they taste amazing. I served the cake with coffee ice cream on the side and it went well with the dark chocolate/coconut. I'm a bit of a food snob lol and when my in-laws tell me I'm a good cook I always say, "No, I'm just hungry" lol. I grew up in an environment with no food available. We ate orange peels from the garbage and when we would have cans of food, my sisters and my brother and I would take the cans of spinach etc. and maul them like candy! I was always hungry growing up which I think developed my love for all things food. I love it when my kids say, "No thanks Mom, I'm not hungry". Healing to my soul. Happy Father's Day Platinum Heart!
