When I was pregnant, in months 8 and 9 I had this thing for cocoa. Not sweet little packets of hot chocolate, but Hershey's cocoa, straight out of the can, that normal people would MIX with sugar and milk to make hot chocolate.
Kid was born with glucose levels in the stratosphere. Fortunately, he's very healthy now. But the lesson I learned from that is -- just as your body can play tricks on your mind, it goes the other way round, too! The other thing I learned is that cravings are goofy. ![]() Hang in there! This is just day two and I've starving!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous! I also normally have a steel will and if I decide to diet, I just do it. This one is different. I must have put the steel will up somewhere and forgot where I put it!
