Know that big blow up we had with the "I'm with stupid" smilie face? Well, this is the guy I'd like see get the hatchett. He irks me. He looks like a sneaky little smart jackass filled with sarcasm and secrets. He triggers my paranoia.
I don't know why. I'm not putting anyone down for using him or suggesting anyone who does use him are trying to be any of the above I've mentioned but please don't use him with me 'cause I really don't like him.

I had to get that off my chest. Whenever someone would use it in a post to me- it sort of made me pull back a little. Although I know the person posting didn't mean anything by it. (I don't think so, I hope not...it made me doubt though and become suspicious .)

This is an interesting conversation. I use the wink smilie all the time, but the red smilies trigger me. Isn't that weird?

Thanks for respecting my dislike for the him. I know it may be a little strange. I never know what to think of it when someone puts him in a post to me and he doesn't seem warrented for the content of the post. At least to me it isn't-although the person who posted, more then likely had a very friendly reason for putting him there. It's my own little dysfunctional thinking.

Hillbunnyb, you just open up the smiley window by clicking the "more smilies" link and a window will pop up, then you just click on the one you want to show up in your post. You have to allow pop up windows though or the window won't pop on.

Yeah, that's the problem... this has to go under the heading of... just can't ask for ppl to keep track of who likes or doesn't like what here... like not asking someone NOT to post to you... BUT I'm sorry if I use that guy.. I don't particularly like him, but he doesn't trigger me.

I think the only way I will be able to learn is if you make note of it any time someone uses it... repetition can help me sometimes...but that might look rude for you and I wouldn't want that to happen.

I like the blue winky guy...wink2 for post icons... but the one you refer to always looks like a bug face to me lol sorry.
