This is an iPod Touch 4th generation 8 GB I'm selling. Everything excluding the digitizer and LCD work perfectly fine.

If you're a potential buyer, you're responsible for replacing the LCD and digitizer of this iPod, and if anything happens during replacement or within the buyers possession, I am not liable and I will not accept a refund.

If you have any questions, you're responsible for sending me a message asking a question pertaining to this item. This iPod is sold as is, and may contain a few dents to the aluminium body.

As a side note: if the iPod LCD/digitizer isn't installed properly, the iPod may not turn on, or it may turn on when a full restart is performed. The only thing that needs replacing on this iPod is the LCD/digitizer. After I found out the screen didn't work properly (and after I restored it and tested its different functions), I removed everything that involved the LCD/digitizer, so now with proper lighting you can see inside of the iPod.

You can probably shorten quite a few of these phrases very easily.

i.e: Change:

Refunds will not be provided, if you feel you are capable enough to replace the LCD/digitizer, then great, but if you feel you are not capable enough and you end up damaging anything then Refunds will not be provided. Once the product is shipped, no refunds will be provided and it will be the buyers responsibility.

To:

Refunds will not be provided if damage is caused while the buyer is replacing the LCD/digitizer. Refunds will not be provided once shipped.

or:

While I was replacing the screen, nothing was damaged at all. So I know for a fact that everything including the camera, sound, home/volume/power buttons, etc. works. Because a bit of the top portion of the LCD/digitizer was visible, I was able to see if everything worked properly (even though the bottom of the screen was not visible, it was still touch sensitive) so I was able to see if the camera, sound, volume, etc. worked. After that, I went on my computer and reset the iPod to selling ready settings (erased all music, photos, etc. it now resembles an iPod that wasn't used).

To:

Camera, sound, home/volume/power buttons are functional. iPod has been reset to selling ready settings.

Just give the bare minimium in the posting & tell interested buyers that you are willing to discuss things in greater detail.

So your alteration to this will protect me from everything and anything a potential seller might try to say to get a refund? And it will protect me from negative feedback? I want maximum protection.

Well I'm not writing it for you, I'm just giving you suggestions on how to shorten it.
