Me? No, I can't put "love" and "halloween" in the same sentence. I do use the time to take pictures of my neighbor's decorations, so if the HOA ever attacks my Christmas ones, I have more ammo.

I think it's the idea of autumn that is nice, though...cooler weather, COLOR in the outdoors!

Oh I love the pumpkins too. Fall is my fav time of year. To me it feels life has slowed down and nature is going to sleep for the long winter and this is when I perk up and breath in the fresh cool air and feel free. I love everything about this time of year. Winter is around the corner and I can't wait. Snow flakes, hot chocolate and fireplaces are pure heaven

I love fall! I love everything about it - the crisp air, the changing of the leaves, wearing warm sweaters, seeing my breath in the air... October is the month I feel the most alive. It's like stepping through a magic looking glass into a wonderful world of bright colors, energy, and increased health and happiness.

i have to tell you guys this... the other night we wer going to the mailbox, my daughter and I, and the air was cool but not cold by anymeans. She took my hand and said you know what mom? I was like Tell me... she said I love this time of year... it is soo cool and it reminds me of when it gets really cold.. She said i like to run outside in my barefeet and breathe with my mouth open just to watch the frost come out!!!! i was laughing at her!!!! she is just goofy!!!!!! it was really sweet though!

That it's one of my grandson's birthday! They close off the street and have a combination Halloween/Birthday party! WoooooooooooHooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

My grandmother will be 97 on Halloween, she's got more mental spunk than so many of us.
You'd never believe she is going to be 97, she looks younger than my mom (her daughter) who is 79.
Grandma is quite an ispiration to our family.
We always would go to her house for her birthday on Halloween, go trick-or-treating in her neighborhood then come in and we'd have a little party for grandma.
Happy Birthday and Happy Halloween, to those born on 10/31.
