Do you have any bad habits?
If so, what they be?
One of the many I have is pulling my hair when things get too stressful.
yeah, I'm working on that...

Smoking is one of my worst habits. I need to quit badly at this point.

Sooooooo many - Smoking, Biting my nails, chewing on (and often eating) nearly anything small i have in my hand, procrastination, can't concentrate on a conversation for more than 20 seconds.
And apparently shaving my head is a bad habit, even when i explain that I only do it to stop myself pulling out and eating my hair

to name but a few! lol

I threw up in 2nd grade from eating too much paste and pencil eraser One way to get sent home from school.

I use my bad habits to signal when something is going on in my life I need to pay more attention to. Sitting quietly and reading and then suddenly finding myself in front of the refrigerator, door open, looking for what to eat being a good example :-) Usually I read or thought something that made me anxious. Fun detective work going back to figure out just what it was.

Coffee. Lots and lots of it lately. Oh, and mints. Which wouldn't be bad. If it weren't so many. I gave up smoking. I hope it stays that way. I bite my fingers when nervous, yank my hair out literally when stressed, chew on my pens when thinking (busted one once, ink is nasty)... and I'm sure there are many, many more. I'm just full of them.

I drink too much, but it really helps with my anxiety. Stop drinking and back comes the anxiety, so it's a vicious circle.

Mind you, I don't consider myself an alcoholic. I really don't drink all that much, just enough to keep the edge off the anxiety. Took me years to realise why I drank like that.

Its kind of strange but instead of biting my nails I go for the skin round them...and the ends of pencils too - it can be kind of embarrassing when you lend people pencils and they just stare at it for a while!
Also, when anxious/thinking/writing I pull at my neck with my spare hand and zoning out accidentally when someones talking especially if I'm tired

Skin picking, teeth grinding, eating way too much sugar (like this yummy muffing right now), not eating enough, putting all of my clouths on the bathroom cabinet, and helpling all of my shoes migrate from my closet to the front room of my house.

It used to be smoking weed, cigarettes and drinking too much. Now it's just putting myself down and going on sugar binges (or food binges) from time to time.

Mine as of late seems to be not getting to bed early and even when I don't sleep all day I have alot of trouble getting up. Like tonight I had to be up at 6am for work, I finally got to sleep around 2:30 then the guy downstairs is having a loud party. I can't sleep through it! I believe they are getting louder and louder as we use to not be able to hear them on our second floor.
