does it make you feel jittery ?
are you unable to sleep if you drink one or two cups?
does it make your anxiety worse?
how much do you drink daily?
do you not feel awake until you have caffeine in your system ?
what time of the day do you drink coffee ?
what do you take in your coffee?
how much do you spend on coffee/sugar/milk in a month ?
would you ever give up drinking coffee and switch to tea?
if you are not a coffee drinker, why do you chose not to ?

It makes me sleepy Actually it has no effect as far as I can tell. I couldn't tell you why I drink it... it doesn't taste that good. I don't drink much a cup or two a day max. I do like tea, hot or iced. It has no noticeable effect either. It does taste good though

I'm ADD so coffee calms me down when I drink it. I drink one or two cups of coffee a day.

I don't drink, daily. 1-2 cups when I have it. Lately, it's a boost, but won't keep me awake at night, morning drinker mainly.
Skim milk or 1% milk, with sugar. Prefer caramel flavor, vanilla will suffice. No clue, how much monthly, not without a month of serious tracking of it.

I didn't use to drink. Grew up in a coffee free home, neither parent drank, when growing up. Started after my second born.

Coffee doesn't really effect me in any way other than warm me up on a cold morning. I use creamer and sugar. I do drink hot and iced tea depending on the temperature. Haven't really figured the cost but I figure I have to drink something. It doesn't keep me awake. I usually only drink one cup first thing in the morning.

I love coffee, but I don't necessarily drink it everyday. If I drink it in the morning without having breakfast, I get jittery, so I have mostly decaf. I always drink it black unless it's a mocha or something. And no, I would never switch to tea because I like the taste of coffee and I don't like the taste of tea.

It used to make me anxious but now that I drink it on a regular basis I don't get so worked up. If I go over one cup, or drink espresso or something strong like that I tend to have panic attacks and become very uneasy. I drink coffee in the morning and on occasion the afternoon if I've been up since 5 and feeling tired. I don't spend much because I drink it at home.

I personally like the way coffee makes me feel, but I have to be careful because I have bipolar disorder. Sometimes coffee makes me more alert and gives me more energy when I'm feeling sluggish. However, I try not to go overboard, and I only drink it when I feel I need a boost. If I'm feeling fine, I try to stay away from it. I guess the best advice about it would be to ask my mental health providers.

Coffee is a necessity for me. I drink it everyday . I'm okay to skip one day, but more that that I get horrible headaches. How much I drink depends on the day...weekends, probably a whole pot. When I work two cups or so. And typically I only put milk in it.

I drink coffee on a daily basis. I need the first two cups in the morning to get me up and moving. Some days that's the extent of what I drink. Other days I'll drink it throughout the day to keep me going. It doesn't keep me awake at night even if I drink drink it at night.

I drink it black for the most part. There are times I'll treat myself to a cup of flavored cappucino, but that's a treat sort of thing.

For the most part it does not make me jittery, but I do make mine very strong (Good coffee shouldn't need a cup to hold it up!) There are times that I've made it extra strong and chugged one cup after another that it's made me jittery, but it doesn't usually have that effect.

I've never firued out what I spend on coffee in a month. Since I buy Maxwell House French Roast and drink it black I'd guess about $7 a month. That's how much a large container costs. Add a few cents to that if I have a cup of cappucino because I buy a mix and make my own.

Coffe does not effect my ability to fall asleep. I can drink it right up to bedtime and pop right off.

I drink both coffee and tea (hot and iced), but for different reasons. I wouldn't give up one for the other because they each fill a different need for me.

I love coffee mostly for the smell. II have worked in coffee shops and used to go around sniffing the beans when I had a slow break lol. I drink decaf or regular, it doesn't matter. I do not drink a lot. It does not make me jittery. I like it hot, iced, flavoured, brewed, instant, perked, any form of it. I don't drink tea other than iced and maybe an occasional herbal but not regular tea. I have not found it to affect my sleep or anxiety, but, to be an obedient patient, I have given it up for periods of time and it made no difference. What HAS made a difference in caffeinated drinks for me is soda pop. Coffee however, does not.

Yes, I drink coffee. But had to switch to unleaded. Made me nervous and jittery even in small amounts.

There is only one decaf coffee that I could find that I like and can't stand any others. I put Half & Half in it and drink, probably, at least 20 oz. a day.

Keep waiting for the kick, and it never happens

I drink decaf most days, mainly out of routine, and I can do fine without it. Regular coffee gives me insomnia.

I drink 6 cups per day (not as in mugs, but actually measured "cups"). I'm addicted to the caffeine so if I don't get any caffeine I get a pounding headache. Throw in the fact that I LOVE the taste of good coffee and I could drink it all day long.

Of course you get headaches, LOL. Caffeine is addicting and withdrawal is nasty business. The best way, if someone ever decides to quit is like psych meds, gradually decrease the dose of caffeinated and increase the amount of decaf.
Decreases the terrible headaches!

Lol, I've done that several times myself. Then someone comes along that makes really good coffee and since I love the taste ... I'm hooked again.

I love you coffee. You're my best friend.
Thanks for this!

I absolutely love it. The smell of it, the taste (of certain ones) BUT unfortuately Im gonna give it up. Its not healthy, for me personally. I used to have coffee as a treat maybe one good cup per month and usually if I ate out only. As an alternative dessert. I must go back to that. It makes me hyper, I seem to buzz inside. I get bags under my eyes. Ive read its not good for women particularly. Sorry to be a pooper but thats my stance on the delicious stuff.
