Okay...I'm losing weight, though I'm still FAT! But here's how I'm doing it...LOTS of water...Lemon water and cranberry water. No sweeteners, just mix Real Lemon (squirt or two) in a bottle of water (I like them chilled). Also, my brother in law told me at the Drug Emporium Health Market they have cranberry concentrate with no sugar or added sweeteners. I got some yesterday and am using that in the bottles as well. When you drink so much water, you are not hungry...er, at least I'm not. I've gone down three holes on my belt, so and my tummy is flatter.
Happy New Year!

Thanks, Biplol,
Actually, the last picture I had taken of me was horrendous, sitting there with my twin grandsons. I knew then that something had to be done, but it took me a couple of months to get into gear. Seeing just a little weight loss helps me stay on track!
Thanks
Patty

But good for you, anything that help us feel better about ourselves is welcome!
