My inner diva says, "get off the couch and get your butt to the gym"
My rump says, "leave me alone you big meany"

I hate the gym. The stationary bikes and treadmills make me feel like a gerbal. I do like to walk in the mornings for a couple of miles, but personally I would rather do it outside in the fresh air than on some mechanical contraption in a smelly gym.
Thanks for this!

I'd rather pull out my mat and do my workout at home.

Any eye candy, to motivate you to get there?

Funny you should mention exercise. Been trying to talk myself into resuming for about a week now. I always start off with a bang then fizzle out a week or two later. Then it takes weeks or months to start again. I walk for about an hour, twice a week, but those are more on the leisurely side. My abs and arms need toning.

I fizzle out too.

I go to the gym because they have awesome classes. Once a week I do flaunt and then another day I do total toning. I also like the variety weight and the rowing machine. I dont like the tread mills, I walk. Put a mile in today.

I also get a private instructor. I she her every two weeks or so.

As far as hunks. Today no, but Saturday yes. Some of those GI's has it going on.

Even if I wasn't somewhat disabled, I'd avoid the gym. Not my thing. I like to watch sports, but, am not the least bit athletic. Though, when I can, I want to take dance lessons. My best gal pal (who has taken many different types) says I have good rhythm.

I always recommend walking. Being I like going solo or with one other person, such as my husband, it's the perfect activity. Good overall workout & if you can go off the beaten path a bit, enjoy nature. Less people more wilderness & wildlife, for me anyway.

Funny! I like looking too.

Anyway, I did 100 crunches early this morning! I was still lying on my bed, so I'm like, why not? Thanks for the motivating post.
