Does watching it make your OCD worse? It triggers me but it also makes me realize how much better I am.

I haven't seen the show in a long time. I didn't find it triggering for me. What I did experience was understanding and could definitely relate to his reactions.

Anyone see the movie, "The Aviator"? That movie touched me so deeply. I think it displays very well the torment one endures with OCD.
