My grandma is making corned beef today and I am sooo excited. Its been years since I've had it!!! I'm already starving and we're not eating for another few hours. But I'm saving all the room in my belly. Hehe!!!

Oooh. I love corned beef and cabbage. You just made me so hungry. I haven't had it in years (too lazy to cook it myself), but it's one of my favourites. It's a traditional dish here -- we call it "boiled dinner." Grandmas and great aunts specialize in making it.
Hope you enjoyed the leftovers. I wish I could have some too, but I'm headed out for a birthday dinner in a restaurant. It's macrobiotic cuisine, so I'm guessing corned beef and cabbage won't be on the menu.
