It's hard to pick one when I like everything. Maybe turnips because it seems that's the only time of year we have that vegetable.

My 13 yo daughter's first pecan pie made from scratch. It rocked! Lots of pecans, not too sweet.

I like the apple pie, the generations old buttercup squash dish that is a lot of work, and I love the skin from the turkey.
