I have had an Iphone 6 since Thanksgiving. Before that, I had an Iphone 4s. My first phone was a common flip phone at age 12.

My first phone was a dinosaur Nokia. To be honest, I miss when phones were that simple. I flung that thing across the room, accidentally smashed it, dropped it in water. It still worked. My sister's iPhones.. if she even looks at them the wrong way.. lol

I don't really use cell phones anymore. I lack the desire and the contacts for one. I've always lagged behind in technology. I can use it pretty well, I just don't want to own most of it. Except my computer, and I've grown fond of my tablet. Now, I have an AT&T phone.. that is kind of like a smartphone. Only not.

My first mobile phone was a Sunstar that mounted in the car, before truly mobile phones came along. Truly first mobile, was a Motorola flip and oh, it was so heavy and cumbersome compared to today's phones; definitely not something you carry as easily in your pocket. I now have an IPhone 5S.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 I got this past summer, previous to that I had the original Galaxy S, and there were a couple phones before that. The first one was a Palm Treo, because I loved Palm devices since I got the first in about 2000.

My first phone was a nokia 5110, at some point I had a 3310 and despite what the various memes might suggest if you're angry enough that thing is easy to break!

My current phone is an LG flip phone. My co-workers call it a "dumb" phone. It makes and receives calls - period. That's all I want it to do.

My first cell phone was from AAA. I can't remember what brand it was. This was back when cell phones were about the size of a brick.

I had a Nokia but don't remember the model. Now I have an iPhone 5. I don't know how I could manage without it. It is my reminder, date book, address book, shopping list, etc and it even makes phone calls.

I have a Galaxy S4. My first phone was some kind of Nokia that wasn't even digital. It was an analog cellular phone. Digital cellular was brand new and not even available in my state at that time.

Lol, now we have 4G LTE ... I'm such a dinosaur.

my very first cell phone was when i was 13.. it was bigger that the iphone 6+. and it was cream and brown with a GTE logo on it. (back when verizon was still GTE). (for emergencies only. plus i never spoke on the phone, and i didnt have any friends. but then when i was in 12th grade i got a silver LG flip phone with a 350x350 vga camera built in (oh boy! so long ago.. 2007 lol) from verizon.

I still have my first phone. It's a free phone, although you can pay for more minutes and stuff. I paid $1.50 and got unlimited text messages (not sure how that happened, exactly). It's from Assurance Wireless. However, I will be getting a new phone soon, put on my boyfriend's Verizon plan. It'll be a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone.

I had the typical Nokia at the age of 7 (it was needed for emergencies because i started music studies and that ended really late). It still works, i remember the only thing i could do was listening to ringtones that would give you a headache. Then i got a motorola, same style but with camera, and when i was 11 i got the first phone that was 100% mine (the first ones were only for emergencies so i couldn't really use them) and it was an alcatel, awful resistive touch screen, but it had camera and games and everything, except for proper internet. When i was 13 i got a blackberry curve (ugh), first time using whatsapp and twitter What mobile phone do you own/what was your first phone?, but it broke, and when i was 14 i got a sony xperia s, which i LOVED and i got it until i was 16 and someone stole it, so i bought myself this iPhone 5s with my own money from part time jobs What mobile phone do you own/what was your first phone? What mobile phone do you own/what was your first phone? hehe

I had a dinosaur Nokia also, aka the brick. My number started with 088, which haven't existed in a long time now. It came with stickers with your number to pass out, no one had mobiles to store numbers then.
Now I have a Samsung galaxy something, I've had it almost 3 years actually, which is a long time!

I have a Samsung exilerate my first smart phone. All my non-techie friends got smart phones & I the techie couldn't aford one because refused to go contract so I had to find a phone I could afford that did what I wanted & have internet access. Took me a lot of research to settle on the right one.

My first phine was rotary dial party line. At least I was beyond the hand crank style. Did get a family cell phone when they first came out. Funny thing the first military project I was an engineer on was a hand held terminal. Did the communications programming for it. The huge (webster's dictionary size) version of the smart phone but military data links with GPS. Who woulda thunk we would have tiny phones with more capability 25 years later...gotta love technology

I waited quite a long time to get a mobile phone because I didn't want people to be able to call me all the time! I eventually got a Motorola. I fell in love with the next two phones, one was a Philips, can't remember the other.

I used to be out on the street and hear music and think "that's the same tune as my ringtone!" It was ages before I realised it was MY phone ringing.

I now have two Sony Ericsson smart phones. They are small and cute but I need something bigger now really, cos my eyesight is not as good anymore!
