Anyone have any Tattoos out there?

I have 2: A Superman symbol on my right ankle on the outside and a set of Cherries on the back of my neck.
The Cherries tattoo was my first and my Neice has the same one. About 3 months later I got the Superman Symbol.
I didn't feel any pain at all when I had them done, but I was verrrrrrry nervous. When the Cherries were healing,
the back of my neck was extremely sore a big OUCH!
I had these done when I was 32. I am going in next week to get a touch up

Tell me if you have any tattoos. What they are of and if you don't have any would you like to get one.

I don't have one and don't want one, but I will tell you a funny story.

Someone I know got drunk one night and had a snake tattooed on his arm. This person normally swooned at the thought of a needle.

I didn't see him for several weeks and when I finally did, he turned a certain way and I saw the snake tattoo. We were outside and in my shock, I loudly said, "A snake!" He screamed and jumped as high in the air as he could and yelled, "Snake!!!!! Where???????" He was hopping around everywhere looking for the snake and I was laughing so hard I couldn't tell him the one I was talking about was on his arm!

I personally do not have any...... but my oldest son does - he got it when he went into the NAVY at age 18 - he is 22 yrs old now.

Hi jlove. Nope, presently I do not have any tatts. However, the thought has crossed my mind.

I think if I got one, it would be very small & in a discreet location........like just below my hip bone or something.

Don't know what I would get yet -- perhaps some kind of sport or animal or philosophical icon.

Kinda scared, actually.

P.S.: That is hilarious, Jan.......the things we do when we're under the influence.........LOL.

Yeah I remember when my husband and I went into a Tattoo Pallor one night when we went to a popular night strip at "Church Street Station" - and while we were there watching another person get a tattoo a very drunk 55 year old man came in and he decided to get his nipples pierced and he asked me to hold his hand while they perform the task..... ouch!

My husband and I could not help but laugh after we left the pallor and talked about the man and what he would do the next morning when he wakes up and his chest hurts - then he looks. Eeeek!!!

I got my first tattoo when I was 41yrs old. It took me that long to get up the gumption to do it. LOL

I have 2 small ones, above my right ankle on the outside. One is a tribal heart and the other is 2 leaves underneath the heart and a small inverted heart joining the 2 leaves. It's nothing spectacular, but I like them. I would love to get more.

Both my daughters have tattoos and piercings. My oldest has some very masculine tattoos including a snake winding around her lower left arm. My youngest has a fairy tattooed over her left breast and a few others which are more feminine. Go figure! LOL

Actually i would like to get one right where my hip bone is also...sorta where your underwear line is? I really want to get a gothic cross...with like twisting ivy. I want it in my abdominal area just because the tatoo is a personal reason and choice and i dont want everyone knowing i have one. Its like my personality....i keep to myself. I told someone though of what i want but they said it was blashempy for putting a cross there. I personally love God and would never want to hurt him or make him feel i was making fun of him. I just dont want the cross anywhere else...besides my abdomine is very a personal area and God is very personal to me ...what do you guys think?

i have 2 tattoos, one on each shoulder, on my right shoulder i have a welsh dragon with its wings spread, sitting on a magic mushroom, and on the left i have a double edged axe, neither have been coloured in, yet,

both are prison tattoos and am waiting til i go back inside to make a new ink gun to fill them in.

I have one tattoo on my boob. It's not a big tattoo, but I like it. I've been thinking of getting another one, too. I want a pretty fairy, but I haven't seen anything I like yet.

I don't have any tattoos. I've been tempted, but it's too big a commitment for me. My tastes change too often. I'm afraid I would get something that I love right now, but then a few years from now I wouldn't like it anymore. My dad always preached AGAINST getting tattoos because he hates his and really regrets getting them. My sis and bro both have tattoos, though, and they don't regret them.

Funny tattoo-related story. My best friend has a tattoo of Winnie the Pooh on her breast. She got it when she was 19 and now she's 39. She jokes that Winnie has gotten somewhat taller and skinnier over the years. She will pull her shirt down to show people the tattoo, and says that after a few more years of sagging she'll be able to show the tattoo by pulling her shirt UP instead.

I have one right now... an ankh, which an Egyptian heiroglyph for eternal life, on my left ankle, about an inch above the bone that sticks out, on the outside. Want to get one on the small of my back... trying to think of a design that I can incorporate my kids name into.

I don't have any tattos but want to get one. I want it on my left shoulder blade with a heart covered with a string of barbed wire. I just don't have the guts to get it done cuz even with my history of SI I'm a big chicken when it comes to pain.

That's cool! I wanted to get Tinkerbell on my left ankle. Its actually like this one Her looking like shes coming out of my ankle. Kind of different I know, but hey that's me
