Of course the child's life is more important than the gorilla's. I thank God that the child was not killed or worse. But, I don't see that as the main issue. To me it is how and why the child was not being watched long enough to get down into the gorilla's place. I had small kids and of course they can run off in a flash, but in a public place you should be extra vigilant. And on the video that I saw, I heard no screaming. I would have been hollering, screaming, trying to get to my kid.

The obvious, save the child. However, negligence falls on the Zoo Keeper. Had the child sustained fatal injuries, justice would be sought, the zoo would be in defence.
Personally, I find ZOOS to be archaic.

I wonder if I should call in to a webinar from my comfortable office or go to another facility, through the heat to listen with other colleagues?

They turn into all the extra tupperware lids that are laying around your cabinets.

At least that's how I think it is at my house

I wonder how spiders can make so many webs in my kitchen when I'm only away for a few hours?

I wonder often about the safety of the neighbours' toddler who is never restrained in their car. She either sits on her mother's lap or dances about the back seat. Yes, I have reported them but nothing seems to have happened as a result. Meanwhile I am too non-confrontational to approach them directly. It makes me ill each time I see them drive off - worse still they are both very terrible drivers.
