I am wondering what it would like if we all lived in the same town and had our own community. Of course doc John would be the mayor...I wonder what roles people would take. What would you take? What would you do as your job in the community.
I think I would want to be the baby caregiver, and or the mom/baby educator teaching infant growth and development to new mothers and supporting them in bonding with their baby and gaining the confidence that is hard to get as a new mom.

I would like to think of myself as a physician, making sure our physical health was in order, healthy diets, good exercise, then I would refer members of PC to the specialist that they then needed at that time.

I would own the local coffeeshop and bookstore!!
It would be the place, to come relax and just chill, and grab a great cup of coffee
It would be the place to come when you needed some peace and quiet, or just needed someone to talk to.

i will be the janitor... but i'd have to have an assistant i could talk into doing all the work lol... just kidding haha

I will be the provider of all things made of ice like bags of ice and snow cones, maybe even sell some icecream at a very reasonable price. I think as part of my business I would have be a play lounge with lots of cool things to bounce on and play with, like a chuck e cheese but with cold refreshments.

I would like to be someone people could talk to about anything. Like my T... I hate seeing other people depressed and I want to alleviate their pain. So I guess I would want to be the counselor, lol.

Seriously though, I'd probably run some kind of animal shelter
And make sure there weren't any cold and hungry stray kitties and doggies.

i know the town has a bookstore already, but our town needs a library too - some folks need to read for free due to finances.

i want to be the reference librarian and steer people to the knowlege they need so they can help problems in their life and find out what they need to know. i love to answer questions and help people so, hopefully i can give something to the community. libraries can be great places to bring people together for knowlege and fun and educational programs and classes.

I would be the editor of the newspaper. I would go around town, talking to everyone and learning what was happening in the community, and then I would put that in the paper and help keep everyone on top of the buzz.

I guess I would be eccentric loner, living on a hillside above town that everyone would be afraid to talk to or visit. Harmless, but too different from others to relate very well.

I would like to be a person that listens to everybody and creates many self-help groups mainly based on self-esteem and cope with shyness or any other issue. This is because I feel that my self esteem is so low some times it makes me not want to live/confront, I would like to help people in the same place. It' feels bad to be lonely when you don't want to be! Happy New Year!

The title so far would be, Cherry Oleander..taken from the original White Oleander, a beautiful movie with beautiful people ( that's us) ( everyone of us) such people have deep, seated, underlying issues such as when Alison Lohman's character moves OUTSIDE her original town...with the Sanna Anna trees and the wind. There will be a town outside our community...certain book stores and libraries will have reference to it....but Cherry Oleander will have so MANY things to offer from doctors to T's to yummy coffee to ice snow cones to that darn grinch that lives on the hill trying to ruin our Christmas.(we really love him) ( we really love him so much the entire PC town is named after his favorite flavor, cherry)
