Yes...... they are very similar to Flying Squirrels - check out the link below.

http://www.katiedid.net/differencesgandsfspage.html

The main difference in them are:
The Nose (1 is round 1 is long)
The Stripe on the Back (1 has it 1 does not)

They are adorable. I don't know if you heard that we didn't get any. Decided that they just weren't right for us right now. But they sure are cute. Sugar Gliders

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! (did I say - WOW!)

What an exciting night my family had last night as we got to see Brauma's joey's (still in pouch) move and move and move...... it looked as though they were tiny aliens trying to burst out and I was watching ever so closely in anticipation of a little foot or tail - as they will poke out a week or two before the joey comes completely out.

Can't wait until I get to share a few PICS of her twins sticking out of her pouch..... last night was an experience for the old journal.

Brauma's Joey's are OOP - not for sure if they are detached yet as Brauma is being a good Momma and keeping them covered.... and Daddy Meeko is right there by her side - as every good daddy should be.

I will get some PICS tomorrow and post them.... so excited.

Here is a PIC of Momma feeding her Joeys - they just stick their tiny little heads back in her pouch and away they go.

BTW - her twins are 1 boy and 1 girl (the girl is the one OOP).
