It could be the PS4 is so recent they just haven't gotten around to making a lot of new games for it. Do you know if PS4s are made to also play like PS3 games? That would be a cool feature for it to have...but yeah I think as of now people are probably better off with PS3 there are quite a lot of games for it from what i gather and it plays dvds and blue rays and you can get them a lot cheaper than 400$

Yeah, it's mostly just how new the console is and them rushing games to have them on release day that makes the games not so good. I believe that a few games from the PS3 can play on the PS4 but for the most part, no. Unless there is a game you really want for PS4, then I would recommend waiting to buy one until later when and if they're cheaper because there are still a ton of great games for the PS3 that are going to be a lot cheaper now that the PS4 is out.

Yeah, I think I'll hold off until the next Mass Effect game is released in 2016 and pick whichever console has the better exclusives at that point.
