Deer flies in the woods. Swarms like heavy beetles banging my car and then body as I step out. How many mammals are out there for them to stay alive in such numbers.
Thanks for this!

Life - I have a degree in zoology so I know the scientific reasons for life. That's what makes it all the more amazing to me. It's so complex, so much could go wrong to prevent it, yet here we are.

How powerful the human brain really can be.
I get reminded of this every now and again.

That my 19 year old daughter has it in her head that she has "kept this home together" all by herself since she was 4!

How difficult it is for me to make decisions.

Even easy ones, like "What do you want for supper?"

If I can't decide pizza vs ham, how do I make Big Time Life decisions????

I couldn't even decide on white or black IPhone.
I/We finally decided by finding a purple case for a white phone.
Purple is an easy decision if it is an option.
Unless of course Yellow is the other choice, then we are back to having a problem

The cruelty of some human beings.

The resilience of the people who survive their cruelty.

The human mind.

Yup, the extremes of it. In any case, how it can affect another soul.

Take care of your mind, great minds!

I had something to put here earlyer but now my brain when on hiatus, so I guess what never cease to amaze me is that I'm still punching letters into a lighted metal device after my mind shuts down for the night.

When babies laugh when you do something funny with your face like sticking out your tongue, etc. This never ceases to amaze me, because they are very new into a strange world. I mean, there is no experience in their heads to know that a certain face expression is funny. I can understand when we old people laugh , it's because we are old enough to know "why" a certain thing is funny.
