I was sleeping 10-12hrs a day and then sometimes napping; but, at my psychiatrist's insistance, I got a SAD therapy light. I've been using it a week now and I already notice a difference. I have not napped. And I don't have the urge to turn in at 7pm anymore.

9-10 hours a night is a lot! I'm lucky if I get around 7.
