Halloween is my favorite holiday and at McDonald's I can wear a Halloween costume as long as....

1. It's work appropriate.

2. It won't snag or cause myself or anyone else to trip on it.

3. The shoes have to be slip resistant.

I enjoy dressing up and love being different. In past years I've been...

The Joker
Alice from Resident Evil
Deadmau5
Pirate
Zombie bride

I haven't thought much about Halloween, as this year I was meant to be Daft Punk with my boyfriend, but we went our separate ways and I couldn't afford to make the costumes.

I'd like to wear a costume at work, but I can't think of what to be.

Suggestions for work appropriate costume?

Cage-free hen? Not sure that would meet requirement 3.

Joy? From Inside out.

Hippie is always a quick standby

Poison Ivy

Mother earth as influenced by global warming

I once went as half raggedy Anne half raggedy Andy..the evil half's naturally. Won with that one

Dress up in a suit and go as someone from corporate. Give your manager a good halloween scare!

I find, with kitchen work, some type of hat or headband with decoration is simple, solves the hair back safety concern and is something that is easy to work in.
I've typically donned cat ears and added whiskers and a nose with eyeliner. I also work with children, so it's cutesy. I forget the names of the little headband hats from last year. Those were great

I worked for many years in a cafe & if I could, I always worked on H'ween. Most years I dressed as a zombie rag doll.

I decided I'm going to be a zombie bride with sugar skull makeup.
