I'd really like my own cat, to be specific a Burmese. As soon as I get a steady job & can afford one I'm sure I will...

If I could have ANY "pet" though, it'd have to be a black bear. (fully domesticated of course so it didn't maul me... ... if only)

Oh, can I change my mind? I want a tapir.

I was at a zoo once and this tapir was just behind a normal fence, I guess they aren't very dangerous or escape much. A woman went past, not really looking, facing her family talking to them.

The tapir came reaching over the fence and licked her hair. She didn't even understand what happened, she tried to shake it off like if it had been a fly. She never even saw the animal, LOL.

A border collie/Aussie shepherd dog. They're my favorite breed of dog. I had a couple of them as a child and I loved them. Maybe someday when I have a stable life situation, living on my own, I can afford all the time and attention to give to such an energetic, lovable dog.
