I wouldn't call myself addicted to my smartphone. I use it for my e-mails, my texts, internet accessibility, etc. It takes up some of my time, but not to the point of an addiction. I can put it down for extended periods of time.

I prefer to be on my computer. The phone is nice for playing games on and watching/listening to stuff before bed. I hate using the phone for forums, chat and email. And it almost never goes outside with me. I wish I still had a working standard cell phone to bring with me. Much smaller and don't eat battery.

I wouldn't say I was addicted to my smart phone, I always have it on me but I don't really check it or use it all that often.

What I am addicted to however is my laptop, I'm always on it & even when I am watching TV I often find myself picking it up to look things up...
