Today I woke up in a good mood but when I got to work I just couldn't focus and I kept stuttering and messing everything up. My mind was just in other places.

Good timed thru the day come & go & come again....mind in other places? Sometimes mindfulness helps..focusing on where you are when you are there. It helps keep the mind out of other places when we really need to focus.

Welcome to PC....hope you find it to be helpful & find great connections with others here to get helpful support

I hate when this happens. It ruins a good day. Well, you might as well redeem it by doing something you like. If it keeps happening then maybe it's time to see a doctor...
