has anyone ever imagined or thought up something and then seen a movie/read a book/heard a song that you could swear stole your idea?

heres mine:

in the 90's i had a psych evaluation done after claiming that the world i live in is computer generated and that i am not a real person, they documented this in my medical file(s) before sectioning me off and pumping me full of meds, that didnt work i was never given proof to counter my claim so the status quo was maintained by me much to the annoyance of my doctor

2 years later the matrix was released that paraleled my medical file to a alarming extent that when i brought the subject back up with my now exasperated doctor she increased my meds again even though i had described the context of the film years before it was even released or dreamed up by the film makers

paradoxically i now "live" 90% of my life online, my social network is all online, damn i even shop for everything i need online, got to love ebay lol

so does that count?

yeah when I was 13 wrote a couple of books. and all my ideas got stolen before I could finish... 1. a relationship with an autistic person...(Tim by Colleen McCulloch{sorry spelling}) 2.about two twins swapping places....a movie about it in the 80's.... 3.about children having a revolution and taking over the world......well life has stolen that one..... 4.about becoming a dog....but not sure who took idea.... but Gabriel fantastic keep up song writing.... Ive writeen songs and performed one at a concert but only audience of 35 ppl..... dont worry about your ideas ....so many songs are same.....but still work...
