It seems me yesterday that I started a similar thread for 2014 ...however...
This has been an important year for me, because, first of all, I began seeing a therapist...I'm still seeing her, and, though I still have to work, I really had improvements about my OCD...it's wonderful And this happened also because of the encouragement of my wonderful PC friends to seek help
Also, I began my last year of university. And I began, and almost finished, a practical work that I had to do to graduate, with children in a school...I was terrified by this new thing (I have anxiety), and I'm still not completely used to this...but I'm doing it
I also went on learning languages, only a bit because I didn't have much time, and I enjoyed it.
And I found some new friends here that became very important for me
What about you?

I'm glad my mom is still alive after all the medical stuff she went through this year and she's doing fairly well now.

Happy for the friends I've made here, including you Bea

and being stable mentally for the most part, and having a good doctor and therapist.

I can't forget to mention my cats, I love them and the ones outside that we feed

I've had a pretty healthy year if you don't count the mental stuff.

2015 certainly has had the best of times and the worst of times for me ... I wasn't even initially going to respond to this then I saw your comment about your T .... Which reminded me that I'm pretty grateful for the one I'm finally working with now. Feels like I'm making some kind of progress. Finally. It's been a dark year.

I no longer need a cane and can walk further and further without pain.

I'm glad my husband got his VA disability claim approved. This eases the financial crunch we have every month (which hasn't helped my depression any).

Everybody in here talking about all this serious stuff and I was gonna say I am glad for my pink nikes. I'm wearing them right now and I get lots of compliments on them.

I'm glad for finishing my associate's degree, most of all. Although I have plenty of schooling left to get my bachelor's, I'm one step closer.

I'm glad I was diagnosed in Feb 2015. At least I know I'm not a natural born a-hole.

This year I am glad for a few things.

First off, I'm glad about Latuda, which has brought me back to almost a normal mood.

Secondly, I'm thankful for my son. He's had an awesome year of stability. I'm so so proud of him.

Lastly, I'm glad my stepmom gave my phone number out to some guy. Yep she played matchmaker. He's turned out to be awesome. So happy to have him in my life right now.
Thanks for this!

I was able to lose some weight this year. And, though things got rocky I'm really glad for someone being in my life. I'm glad I made real headway with my art. I am glad for a safe place to live.

I met a clock maker earlier this year who saw potential in me. About 6 months after we met he offered to teach me the trade. I couldn't turn the offer down. Sometime in the near future I hope to start a small clock repair business.

I'm glad for my son - he is the light of life. And I'm glad we found a stable home and have been happy here for two years now.

I'm glad that me and my loved ones made it through another calendar year in good health, and I consider that an achievement to behold (all things considered).

I'm glad for having been able to go to a dbt group, my sons health, meeting some new friends. For each day there is always ups and downs, and things aren't always the way I wish they were, but my attitude is more grateful now than last year, even through struggles.
Thanks for this!
