My pleasure, Stephanija? It's okay, you don't have to. Then if I were you, I'd head to the Anxiety, Panic and Phobias - Forums at Psych Central sub-forum. A quick tip to find what you want on any website is to type CTRL+F, it brings up a search field and when you type a word, you'll be instantly brought to occurances of said word in a page. It saves a lot of time!

It's our pleasure Emotional chaos. All humans are welcome here, I'm not really christian lol but I agree with many of the concepts of the Bible. We must help others and all together, we will build a better world by doing good deeds. It sure feels great to help others.

You are perfectly right. I have not been doing my part to read the introduction posts and provide warm welcomes.

I realize it comes far too late but I want to say I am glad you are here. When it comes to coping skills, you may see around here that I talk a lot about Cognative Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I am always free should you need to message me about that. Again, I am glad you have dropped by.
