The temp is supposed to reach 100 degrees here today. I"m inside in my undies, and that's with the AC running!
I'm a wimp in the heat and must stay inside or suffer! It's actually the humidity more than the heat that gets to me. I feel sorry for people who must work out in this...passed road crews on the Interstate, wondering how they tolerate it! Patty

Hi seeker1950,
I’m not a summer person either. It reached a 114 degrees the other day! Luckily no humidity, just very hot heat here in CA. Anything above 70 degrees starts to get uncomfortable for me.  So at night when it’s like 84 outside I sleep with fans and ice packs. HURRAY FOR ICE PACKS!  Stay Cool. ~ Bee

I was out in it today. When I passed the bank, it was 98 F and still going higher. My meds make me allergic to sunshine and also to heat. Even sunblock can't help me completely.
I have to keep it very cold in the apt, (73 is the lowest I can manage it tonight), so I don't wake up with a rash and swollen face and lips. That's always scary looking in the morning!  I feel so sorry for everyone who has to work out in this. Jan
