I got to thinking about my sighting, if that's what it was....
Want to share what I saw and get your opinions...
It was several years ago, and the first day of the school year of teaching. I was driving home past one of the high schools where the entire parking lot was filled with the yellow busses, parked in herringbone fashion. My first thought was, "Wow, that's a lot of yellow, and I bet it's an interesting view from above!" As I neared the high school, there was a power line going across the road, and violent sparks were descending from it straight in front of my driving path. Since the sparks were descending all the way to the road, I hit my brakes and looked up to the source on the power line, and saw what appeared to be a silver football shaped orb ascending away from the sparks in a left diagonal manner. This memory is very clear to me, and though I know what I saw, I still don't know what it was!

i was driving to Oklahoma, from NM, and was in West Texas around mignight. all alone on a very isolated highway...just Tippy and i. ...i saw three shapes coming towards me.....right above the highway......(Tippy saw them and started growling.we had both windows downand he stood up and leaned his torso out the passenger window) they had lights underneath. i stopped the truck and we got out. they passed over us and Tippy growled and all of his hair on his back stood up. they did not make a sound.

i met a highway patrolman (Texas Ranger) and turned around and chased him and stopped him. he reluctantly admitted to me that he also saw them and had radioed ahead to other troopers to watch. evidently, the "things" stayed in a straight path because they didn't make the right/left turn at the next highway and stay above it.....no other trooper saw them. he and i stayed in contact for years. and neither of us told it for awhile.....people think that it's nuts.

i saw them. Tippy saw them. a Texas Ranger saw them.......and i never thought to photograph them. i was too much in awe at the time......

It's odd, isn't it, how frighttened these things make us feel!
I felt unearthly fear, and though I thought of stopping to look back to see if it was still there, I just kept going!
