I'm wondering if there is a right way to pray.
Most of the time, I will pray in my head. Sometimes I pray out loud, but I feel uneasy talking out loud because I've always found it strange. Is there a reason why people pray out loud vs silently if God can hear us and know what's in our hearts even when we don't speak? |

I'm pretty sure there is no right way to pray. I believe it's whatever works for you, works.

Yeah, I don't think it matters.

maybe people pray out loud just for the reason of actually talking out loud to god- like a normal person would talk to someone, people like to do that with god because it just comes natural.
I don't think their's a right way to pray- I do think they shouldn't be too long though I used to know someone who ran a christian ministry, and as part of what he did, he invited people to leave prayer requests on his site. he said it himself- he'd not accept prayers that are too long |

there is no right or wrong way to pray. Doing so is about establishing your own connection to whatever you consider to be the divine.
Do what makes you feel good. I talk to the Creator both silently and otherwise. |
