I am grateful for today...

*For feeling better
*My families support, love, and patience
*That Spring is here!
*For all the choices of soothing relaxing music to help keep my mind, body, and spirit balanced, calm, and centered.

That is a big relief!

I am also grateful for my awakening today whereby I can see the sense of eliminating sugar and junk food from my diet,I am willing to do it and am no longer is denial and still wanting muffins etc I can see it is in my best interests to stick to the diet and have self discipline.

Marylin, you're good you are. I have very little self discipline. Can't cut stimulants out of my intake. To know a woman, has more strength, than me is an embarrassmebt. You should just stay strong the way you are.

I read a really neat article today on critical thinking. Carl Sagan wrote it. It was called "the fine art of baloney detection.". It was a really enjoyable read and made me think.

My wife. She knew what the look in my eyes meant when she walked in the house and knew how to calm my inner storm.

Today I am grateful for Mayim Bialik. She is an American actress (she's on that show Big Bang Theory) and neuroscientist. She has a Youtube channel and I've been watching some of her videos today. I'm very inspired by her because she's really smart, pretty, and stands up for things she thinks are good, and right: feminism, religion, science, being different, being a nerd, being sensitive, etc. Basically, I can relate, and in this relatedness feeling, I also feel empowered.
