What are you grateful for today?

Today (St. Patricks day) is our 20th wedding anniversary!! So I am grateful for my husband and all the time we've had together.......7 years together + married 20 = 27 years.

I'm grateful for the unknown. Because although it's scary, it's also full hope.

I am grateful for makeup to conceal my flaws or emphasize my features. Plus it is a form or art and can be fun.

Grateful for some time with my parents

Grateful for the mindset that allowed a few chores to get done.

I am so very grateful that, despite the great amount of anxiety leading up to it, the event I attended last night - and my part in it - was pulled off.

I am grateful my friend gave my son a lift into work today because the trains were off.

1. This morning I was grateful to be physically capable of getting myself out of bed.
2. Music. I was grateful for the freedom and technology to choose the music I want to listen to, anytime I like. I mean, I wake up with a song in mind, *ANY song*, just select it in a streaming app, then BOOM, I can have that music in my life at that very moment in a powerful and mood-affecting way! How cool is that, right?
3. I'm new to PsychCentral forums and grateful to be able to connect this way with the voices of others who have mental health struggles.

Grateful that I am feeling a lot less depressed tonight.I am on my own now and seeing lots of couples at the cinema upset me......I am grateful that there is still time for me to find a partner.I haven't lost my looks yet though I could do with losing weight.

That I can still drive.

That i actually woke up today and didn't regret it.

I had a good day and enjoyed myself, I saw an engaging film Get Out,it wasn't what I was expecting,it was a good plot and an engaging story,thriller,psychological twist,gory,comedic.It was a good way to spend the time.I had tea and shortbread at the cafe too....came home,did essential chores and am now relaxing.

Grateful for my lovely son who helped me with the shopping today.

That I am not in an abusive relationship. I am alone but at least no one is putting me down.

That my husband's surgery went well and we made it home safely.

Today that i married someone who has her own demons but is willing to fight her's and mine together with me so we both get better.

My coworkers. If it wasn't for them I would've quit my job a long time ago.

I am grateful for Spring. I'm sewing the seeds of change.

I'm grateful not to have to go out today.

I am grateful for a kind and understanding call centre agent who waived all the charges on my order of new phone.
