Not feeling so drained physically. I've been taking my meds at odd times because of my mood cycles/messed up sleep schedules etc. Hopefully spring will re-regulate my hours.

it's not as sunny as yesterday which is a good thing.
briteness really affects my depression. it's friday I have loads of cola (24 glass bottles of it) 2 episodes of big bang theory this afternoon which i've not seen I had really crispy bacon for breakfast (in sted of oranges) |

Happy to have cut BOTH of my abusers out of my life and feeling that they are not a loss even if they were the only family I had,I endured years of emotional ,verbal and psychological violence from them both.
