Yesterday I had a 10 hour conversation with my friend and we laughed, and cried, ....we talked about the past, the future, our fears and our dreams. I really needed that conversation. It wore me out though and today I'm sick as a result of all that stimulation but it was worth it and I'm grateful.

Abilify...I think. Probably. Well, at least partially.

It's new to me and making itself at home I guess. All seems well...evidence of efficacy seems uhh......evident.
