What are you grateful for today?

I'm grateful that I shook finally off my depressed mood that I woke up with.

Grateful for seeing a woman friend that she is okay. I was quite worried when I kept calling her and she never got back to me. Last time I heard from her we were on good terms. Now today she made me an impromptu visit Explained she lost her cell. Hope she finds a new one asap. Good lunch with my sister. My boyfriend's colonoscopy showed signs of food allergies. I was worried it could be cancer since he told me it was enlarged . Lastly glad to be back at Psych Central Forums. May everyone here be grateful for something.

Grateful that my Mom bought some stuff for me at store so that I didn`t have to go to the store.

I am grateful for the thunderstorm that broke the humid air.

Grateful for:

1. My daughter, cat, dog, family
2. I have a roof over my head and A/C plus a large fan
3. I have the opportunity to float in the pool when weather permits
4. I'm alive
5. I feel positive about the future.

Hope everyone is doing ok and hugs to those that aren't.

Today I feel grateful for:

1. Having a job.
2. Having an amazing and supportive partner.
3. Having a body that is able to walk and exercise.
4. My cat, Joker.

Cooler weather!

I'm very grateful that my boyfriend made it safely home on his motorcycle last night in the dark.

I'm grateful for making this list...or at least making it before Joker :P

I am grateful for a summer's evening run with good company.

I am grateful that we found a nice house to rent right near where my hubby works.

I am grateful for an afternoon spent with a very dear friend.

I'm grateful for all the simple things that most take for granted like electricity,water,food,a roof over my head,etc.

Some people don't even have that much.

Really happy that I have a job, finally!

My physical and occupational therapies are still happening. But it might not be covered by insurance very soon. Trying to make the most of it while I still can.

Transitioning from a walker to a cane is very hard for me because they each relieve different issues. The walker helps my back and my balance, and the cane is supposed to help my knees and my balance. The cane makes me think too much.

I'm grateful to have time to do stuff, and to be able to do stuff.

I'm grateful I have a hospital bed with the ability to lower/raise whatever you want! Elevating the foot of the bed has gotten rid of my RLS for the past two nights!

I am grateful for time with my husband.

-I'm glad i went to knitting group this morning.
-I got a really good self help book and it is helping
-The coolness of being inside in the shade and under a fan.

I'm grateful I was outside today. Nice weather, birds and bees milling around, flowers everywhere. I feel really content.

How beautiful and relaxing nature is.
How kind random strangers can be.

I am grateful for another sunny dry day and cycling to work.
