Finally I saw an MD who figured out my constant coughing. He examined me and said it was GERD. Gave me a prescription for Zantac. Its beginning to help.

That my H and I are more real with each other.
I was remarking about feeling like my life is on hold (neither of us have a job) and my H said "at least you have me to be miserable with."
He's right--I am so lucky to have him and that when we talk--it's so much more real and honest than it used to be.

Having spent the day with my grandmother who raised me.
She's simply my mother who I'd give my life for.
Thanks for this!

Very grateful my son arrived safely in Tokyo and that he can work from there. (or anywhere.)
I'm so glad he doesn't have any mental health issues.
Also, he's far more sensible than I was at his age - he's more sensible than I was last year!
Plus he's got a nice girlfriend that seems to be crazy about him.

Being in my bedroom feeling relaxed and reading on the web about psychiatric journals.
Also, learning about natural brain supplements that can boost our cognitive functions and uplift mood.
Such as Magnesium, antioxidants and other Nootropics like piracetam, Provigil and Nuvigil.

I'm grateful for sharing this helpful information with you guys
